I have a problem with my iPhone 4s
suddenly the volume sign comes to my screen uncalled or unwanted (even when my phone is lock) and when I'm speaking by my phone bother me, also I update my ios but it didn't work.

Sounds like the volume button may be stuck or damaged. Make an appointment at an Apple Retail store to have the device examined. If a replacement is necessary, you will likely have to pay for an out of warranty replacement.
