Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

Option "deauthorize all computers" is not provided in the Store menu.

I am getting the message that I can't authorize more than 5 computers. After reviewing Help, I have attempted to deauthorized all computers, as required. However, the option "deauthorize all computers" is not provided in the Store menu. What do I do now?

iPad 2, iOS 7.0.6

Correct, it is not there.


First of all, as Gail notes, deauthorization requires iTunes on a computer, not a device.


What you will see on the Store menu is View My Account. Use that command to log in, and then you will see the Account Information page, which has the Deauthorize All button, as shown below.
