I am getting the message that I can't authorize more than 5 computers. After reviewing Help, I have attempted to deauthorized all computers, as required. However, the option "deauthorize all computers" is not provided in the Store menu. What do I do now?

You only indicate that you have an iPad, so not sure if you are going to the Store menu in iTunes on a computer? That is where you will find the "Deauthorize All" option.
If you are looking for it in iTunes on your computer, what type of computer? what OSx, if a Mac? what version of iTunes?

Correct, it is not there.
First of all, as Gail notes, deauthorization requires iTunes on a computer, not a device.
What you will see on the Store menu is View My Account. Use that command to log in, and then you will see the Account Information page, which has the Deauthorize All button, as shown below.
