my iphone 5s fell down from 2 feet and my screen get cracked but touch is working and my warrenty has been expired before 2 months ago
what i need to do to repair my phone

this will always be determined as an accidental damage, even if you are in the warranty.
Take it into Apple for a screen replacement (if offered in your location) or an
Out of Warranty replacement. Even if your warranty was not expired, damage
caused by owner is not covered - only manufacturing defects.
In some areas, you can get AppleCare + which does provide extended coverage.
When you buy a new iPhone, you may wish to consider getting AppleCare +. Here
