My computer started making a 3 beep noise every 5 seconds and the screen turned all white, I turned off and unplugged it but when turned on again it still makes the 3 beeps and the screen still white , what is wrong with it ?

You may try resetting SMC Resetting the System Management Controller (SMC) on your Mac - Apple Support
If this will not help I would recommend you to go to the Apple Store for further diagnostics.
Thank you thunders , I tried it and it doesn't work. I will call Apple to take an appointment and take my Mac there .
