Why won't my iPhone 5 pair with my htc desire x? I am trying to send pics from htc to iPhone and it won't send or receive files. Have tried with other phones to but no luck. Please help its so frustrating

This has never been a feature of iPhone/ipod/ipad.
Bluetooth is supported for handsfree telephone devices, stereo speakers/headphones, some keyboards, some peer to peer apps from the app store and internet tethering if provided by your carrier.
File transfer is not supported. It does not connect to computers or other phones.

Yes it is, and I've used it many times when it was in use, my son has the phone now and he and his dad Bluetooth all the time, its the iPhone that's the problem
