I restored my ipad, now its still connected to the old email that is no longer valid. I do not know the password or the answer to the security question. What do I do?

Go here and tap on your region and then go from there. Tap on Get Support Now. If you tap on Apple Support, that just takes you back to the very beginning of online support and that is where you are at now.
