I have taken some videos with my brand new iphone6 plus and then synch it with my iPhone 4s for apps and contacts. But all photos and videos taken by Plus lost. Despite many trials with recovery programs, I couldn't reach them.

If you still have the backup of the iPhone 6 listed in iTunes/Edit/Preferences/Devices, you can restore from that backup, videos are part of the backup made by iTunes.
But all other settings will be set back to that point in time again when the backup has been taken.
