Could my retina display be replaced with a non-retina?

I have a 13 inch macbook pro retina, mid 2014.

After replacing a broken screen, my system information now shows the specs of a normal macbook LCD monitor (resolution 1280X800). Those don't seem like the retina specs, right? I'm concerned they put in a non-retina screen instead of the broken retina screen, is that technically possible? User uploaded file
