how can I delete files that can't be found in my iTunes library without manually going through it all?

I have files that can't be found by my iTunes because i've changed their location but they still exist in my library, they just don't play. Is there a way that iTunes can sort through them or something?

Windows-OTHER, iOS 8.1.2

Lost & Found Playlists

Create a regular playlist called Found, select everything in Music and drag it into the Found playlist (it may take some time to count the tracks that are to be dropped). Create a smart playlist called Lost matching All the rules Playlist is Music and Playlist is not Found. Your lost tracks will be in this playlist. They can be deleted with Ctrl+A to select all and then Shift+Delete.

Or try iTunes Folder Watch with its option to check for dead tracks on startup.
