Was having multiple issues with my imac. Try reformatting via disk utility by pressing failed command+r. Failed
took the old imac cd to atleast restore to the old 10.6 and later restore it to 10.10 also. Above is the error message after running the dvd.
try using the shift key to enter safe mode also failed.
please advise
