I update my use from5 to 20 and it toke the money but didn't add the space
AAdd space to my ipad from5 to 20 it has not gave me the space toke the money

I assume you are adding to you iCloud space. The iCloud space isn't on your iPad. It's space on some far off server. You use this space to backup you ipad, for instance.
Buying more iCloud space doesn't increase the space on your ipad.
Please clarify what is the problem. What you cannot do. Where you looked for this problem and what you saw.
