Why are my messages not showing up

I was getting all my SMS messages from my phone on my MAC and now they just quit showing up. I get text messages on my phone but they're not showing up on my MAC.

Help!

Now seems to be working on Mac. Waiting for iPad to be restored and upgraded so that might do it.

After upgrading the system on the iPad I can now switch on forwarding to it so I'm hoping its all sorted now.
