Review recent purchases at https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ or check your purchase history in iTunes and view your subscriptions. If you are the organizer of a family share check for purchases by other members.
See also If you see an unfamiliar iTunes Store or App Store charge on your bank, credit card, or debit statement - Apple Support and About payment card authorization holds in the iTunes Store - Apple Support.
If you cannot identify the payment then perhaps you are looking at a phishing email.
If there really have been purchases that you didn't authorize, or you've entered your Apple ID credentials at a fake Apple portal, see If you think your Apple ID has been compromised - Apple Support, change your Apple ID password, and if possible turn on Two-factor authentication for Apple ID - Apple Support.

Telling people on here won’t make any difference, we are all just fellow users and can’t do anything about it. You have to contact iTunes Support and see if they will refund you (purchases are considered final), going to your card issuer is likely to see you owing iTunes money and the account being locked (possibly permanently).
Please read, and understand the replies above. The eMail is a phishing attempt. Do not respond to, or otherwise act on the email.
Where did you see this charge?
Are you sure it was an actual charge?
Do you see the charge in your credit card statement?
If you log in to http://reportaproblem.apple.com can the charge be seen there?
If it came in an email as evidenced above its likely a phishing attempt, and no actual charge happened on your account.
Verify it actually exists first.
More info about unknown charged here: If you see "itunes.com/bill" or an unfamiliar charge on your bank, credit card, or debit statement - Apple Support

Can you cancel my payment from the 6/1/2016
No. This is a user to user forum you are not addressing Apple. As users like yourself we have no access to your account to cancel anything.
You need to follow the steps in the links provided several times already in this thread to cancel or request a refund for it.
Read the 'Apple recommended' post that shows at the top of every page on this thread, if it's a purchase that shows on your iTunes account's purchase history (and if neither you nor anybody you've given access to the account did) contact iTunes Support via your purchase history, the emailed receipt or the 'report a problem' site in that post
Obviously nobody on here can cancel it for you, if these instructions : View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support
aren't working contact iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww or https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html
It's a scam. Ignore it and report it to Apple at: reportphishing@apple.com
Read here:
Avoid phishing emails, fake 'virus' alerts, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support
Follow the steps here to verify no such charge exists on your account:
See your purchase history in the iTunes Store on a Mac or PC - Apple Support
No we can't, fellow users don't have that ability. If it's a genuine email from iTunes and not a phishing email (have you checked it ?) contact iTunes Support
See :
Phishing and similar emails : Avoid phishing emails, fake 'virus' alerts, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support
Genuine iTunes emails : Identifying legitimate emails from the iTunes Store - Apple Support
Account's purchase history : See your purchase history in the iTunes Store - Apple Support
It's usually a good idea to read replies before posting, if you had done so you are likely to find that it's a phishing email - and you would also know that you are only talking to fellow users on these user forums, so even if it is genuine nobody on here can help, you would have to contact iTunes Support
Where are you seeing this 'charge', and it was a 'family membership' of what ? If it's an email have you read previous replies on this (e.g. the 'apple recommended' post that's at the top of every page) and checked to see if it's a phishing email ?
What exactly do you expect me, i.e. a fellow user, to do ? If it's on your iTunes account's purchase history, and if neither you nor anybody who has access to the account did it, you have to contact iTunes Support, I can't do it for you.

If you want to contact Apple directly click here:

Threats like that are meaningless. You can tell your bank all you want. At the end you will still have owed Apple the money for the purchase or subscription, and you will still have to deal with them to sort it out with them when your account has a payment due and you are unable to download or update anything else.
Again, we are users like yourself. We cannot cancel anything for you.
