Review recent purchases at https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ or check your purchase history in iTunes and view your subscriptions. If you are the organizer of a family share check for purchases by other members.
See also If you see an unfamiliar iTunes Store or App Store charge on your bank, credit card, or debit statement - Apple Support and About payment card authorization holds in the iTunes Store - Apple Support.
If you cannot identify the payment then perhaps you are looking at a phishing email.
If there really have been purchases that you didn't authorize, or you've entered your Apple ID credentials at a fake Apple portal, see If you think your Apple ID has been compromised - Apple Support, change your Apple ID password, and if possible turn on Two-factor authentication for Apple ID - Apple Support.

To whom it may concern,
I recently received an e-mail stating that I had purchased "Clash of Clans, Box of Gems" from the Apple store. I made no such purchase. Please withdraw the charges, or credit my account.
Thank you for your cooperation.

<Email Edited by Host>To whom it may concern
You already know that you are only talking to fellow users on here, that these are user-to-user forums, and that you're not talking to iTunes Support nor Apple on here - I've asked the hosts to remove your email address from your post, it's not a good idea to post personal info on any public forum (unless you want more spam emails).
Please withdraw the charges, or credit my account.
Obviously we can't do either of those things. Have you checked the email to see if it's a genuine email from iTunes or a phishing email trying to get your account and payment details (as you've posted your email address on a public forum I wouldn't be surprised if it's a phishing email) ?
We are fellow users, nobody on here is potentially charging your card.
If you've received an email you've checked to see if it's a phishing email and checked your iTunes account's purchase history (see previous replies) ?
It's not a charge, it's an obvious phishing email trying to get your account and payment details - you could forward it to Apple : reportphishing@apple.com , and then delete it.

Obviously we, i.e. fellow users (try reading replies before posting), can't do anything about it - and it's not a good idea to post your email address on any public forum (unless you really like spam emails), I've asked the hosts to remove it. If it's a 'proper' charge (not just a phishing email that you've received) contact iTunes Support (see previous replies)
I tried to cancel subscription (Live me-Live Video Chat) yesterday,
July 18, 2017 which I didn't purchase but didn't get any confirmation
of the cancellation from ITunes/Apple.
Please have it cancelled now.
I should not be charged of unauthorized purchase,
but didn't get an confirmation of the cancellation
You won't, if you stopped a subscription from renewing you won't get an email. Does it show as stopped on your iTunes account ?
Please have it cancelled now
Obviously nobody on here can cancel it, you already know that we are just fellow users.
I received the following information for an order I did not initiate. Please cancel this order and any subscription associated with it. See order below.

Where are you seeing this 'charge' ? On your iTunes account's purchase history ? Credit card statement ? Email ? Phishing email ? If on your iTunes account, change the account's password if you haven't already done so, and contact iTunes Support. If it's only on your credit card (and if it's not a temporary store holding charge) contact the card issuer.
fraudulent charge to my account for $103.35 dated 13 August 2017. sequence no.*************. Order ID **********. Document no. ************. **********@aol.com
Having read previous replies on this thread you know that you are only talking to fellow users on these forums, so I'm not sure why you've posted your email address (unless you really like spam emails ; I've asked the hosts to remove it just in case you don't). Do you have a question about this 'charge' ?

This is a user to user forum, you are not addressing Apple. Please do not post your email address in a public forum. I have asked our hosts to remove it for you.
Beyond that it looks very very fake.

Please cancel my account to any further purchases
Even if accounts could be cancelled (which they can't ; all you can do is remove any personal info from them and stop using them), fellow users on these user forums wouldn't be able to do it for you. I assume that you've checked the email to see if it's a genuine email from iTunes and not a phishing email trying to get your account and payment details ?
