Problem re-installing AE for windows

I have been using Airport Express (AE)for over two years without a problem. During this time I have been able to upgrade and configure the unit without problems.

Recently I had to re-install windows. Therefore I needed to re-configure the AE. From the apple website I downloaded two firmwares for the AE: 6.1.1 and 6.3. I also needed the AE Admin Utility. I only found the "Airport Extreme Admin Utility 3.2"

So, here what I did:

1) I installed firmware 6.3. Then I installed the Admin Utility mentioned above. The Utility found my AE but everytime I press configure it asked for a password. Since I did a hard reset in the AE the "admin" password should have worked but it didn't. (BTW, I re-started the PC and the AE many times, and re-installed the above software several times). But I was not able to configure the AE.

2) I then tried firmware 6.1.1 and with the same Utility I was able to configure the AE. I was able to name the AE (i.e. Living Room) and enter WEP password. However I didn't find the option to "Join wireless network" which I think is necessary. This did happen because I was using a Airport EXTREME Utlity? If so, where I can downoad the Airport EXPRESS Utility?

Any takers?

Thanks

The latest firmware for the AirPort Express (AX) under Windows is v6.3.

The latest AirPort for Windows software is v4.2.
