GARAGE BAND APP IN MY IPAD AIR 2 UNRESPONSIVE AFTER OPENING AND UNEXPECTEDLY QUITS, STOPS

GARAGE BAND APP IN MY IPAD AIR 2 UNRESPONSIVE AFTER OPENING AND UNEXPECTEDLY QUITS, STOPS. I HAVE DELETED THE APP AND DOWNLOADED FROM APP STORE. BUT THE PROBLEM CONTINUES AND APP IS UNRESPONSIVE.

iPad Air, iOS 8.1.2

I'm having the same problem. It opens and immediately closes. A notification comes up but it's much too quick to read it. I've tried resetting Garage Band in Settings, but still no luck.

Yes .when it quits a red line appears on the top of the screen.how to fix it?
