Can one of my more learned friends out there advise a good site to download a font called Raleway?
If so how do I add it to my existing fonts?
I did download one but a 'pop-up' from Apple appeared advising me it was not safe to install.

Font Squirrel is one of the best places to look for free fonts. All are vetted by the owner of the site to ensure they are well made. All fonts are submitted by either private users who just want to share their creations, and others are freebies from places that normally sell fonts to hopefully get you interested in their paid offerings.
The font you're looking for also happens to be there.
safe places to download free, safe, legitimate fonts would be
dafont.com
and
blambot.com (they internally create their own commercial and non commercial fonts that are hosted on their site.)
among other sites.
not all "free" font sites are either legitimate in their content or the safety of the hosting sites. When it doubt check with mywot.com or whois.net on the registration or ownership of the domains. Copyright laws differ from country to country, for instance In the United States providing commercial fonts to non purchasers is subject to the same legal ramifications as pirating commercial software.

The link you provided did come up with the font titled Railway - but the RALEWAY font I need was on that page when I searched.
