IOS 8.3 has broken the ability to use our Dual XGPS150 Bluetooth GPS.

IOS 8.3 has broken the ability to use our Dual XGPS150 Bluetooth GPS. We use this GPS with our iPad 2 (Wi-Fi only model) to provide accurate marine navigation. Is there an estimate of when Apple will fix this? We depend on the navigation software and it is ridiculous that Apple would cause such a major problem for so many marine, aviation and other users. Dual has confirmed that the issue is with 8.3 I see from other postings that reverting to 8.2 is not an option.

Are there any other temporary work-arounds until Apple fixes this mess?
