Time stuck at 9:41

The time in the overhead banner on my iPhone 6 seems to be stuck at 9:41. The phone knows the correct time (when I try and change it in settings or on lock screen) but I can't get rid of that overhead 9:41! It does this a few times and resetting the phone can reset the clock, but it's pretty irritating!

I have the same question. It fixed by resetting but went back to 9:41. I did more research and this is what I found . http://www.businessinsider.com/heres-why-the-time-is-always-set-to-941-in-apple- ads-2014-11

It doesn't fix the problem.

And what is your problem? Since this thread is a year old, are you using an iPhone 6? I'm guessing your iOS is newer than the OP. What troubleshooting have you tried? User troubleshooting steps include restart, reset, restore from backup, restore to factory. Test after each step.
