Will Office 2007 for Mac work on Yosemite?

I am looking to upgrade to Yosemite on my Airbook but I run Office 2007 for Mac and need this to work. Does anybody know if it does?

MacBook Pro (15-inch Late 2008), OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.5)

Microsoft Office 2004 won't work.

Microsoft Office 2007 is a Windows product, not a Mac OS X one.

Microsoft Office 2008 and 2011 will.

There is no MS Office 2007 for Mac, just 2004, 2008, 2011. The earliest version that will run with Yosemite is 2008.

Thank you for getting back to me on this matter. Just checked and it is 2008 version so great to hear it will work. I shall backup and go ahead with the upgrade.
