You're more likely to get an answer in the Developer forums.

If I remember correctly (which I might not have), dev are encouraged to use the TestFlight app for this, rather than exchanging UDIDs. More info at the link here:

I need to send a watch kit application to another tester, using Ad-Hoc deployment.

The tester is not an engineer, and he doesn't have xcode. How can I get his Apple Watch UDID ???

I need to add his Apple Watch UDID to the ad-hoc distribution profile...

1. Open XCode.

2. Under the Menu Windows > Devices

3. Select your iPhone device (your iPhone device should be connected using USB)

4. Below the Device information, you will notice an headline "Paired Watches".

5. Notice that the device identifier of your Apple Watch

Devices window in Xcode, below the info of your iPhone.

I have a very similar situation and clients can't go and install Xcode for that!

If the watch is paired to your mobile phone, you can access the details from the phone app itself. It shows you all those details under General - About - SEID

SEID and UUID are NOT the same XCODE so far is the only way I know of to do this

That's correct. And, as I said earlier, Apple's preference is TestFlight
