Need help in removing Adcash Adware from my Chrome Brower on MacBook Pro.
I do not see any extensions under settings. Removed all extensions but still this persists.

You need to use Adwaremedic. It is a tiny tool, which will remove the adware within several seconds. You can download Adwaremedic from this website: http://www.adwaremedic.com/index.php
You can also remove the adware manually using the steps provided by Apple: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT203987

I do have adwaremedic installed and used it to clean. it is not able to detect this and says there is no adware installed ?

That means that either your problem isn't due to adware, or it's brand new adware. For further steps to take, see:

Note that using the older TSMART tool will not detect anything AdwareMedic doesn't, nor will Apple's instructions help you remove anything that AdwareMedic doesn't already detect. Both are far more limited.
