Ever since I dropped my iPhone 5c, my Bluetooth has stopped working it won't connect to any devices and when I search for other devices it won't find them. Others can find me and connect but I can't find them

What do you mean others can find you and connect? If your Bluetooth is not functioning, I would believe the drop has damaged something, and you need to make an appointment at the nearest Apple store and have the hardware looked at.
What steps have you taken so far? Have you done the restart/reset? Restore from backup? Restore as new?
ive updated my phone to the lastest software and I've also restored from backup, whenever I turn on my
blurtooth it just searches and won't pick up anything
