iPhone complety gone off!

i have the iPhone 5 and haven't had any problems with it for months then out of the blue my phone kept turning itself off, not resetting but just turning off. I turned it back on every time and the screen started to flicker I then had to reset it multiple times and the flickering would still be there. Then I turned it off for an hour and turned it back on and it was fine. An hour later it started doing it again and then suddenly it would not come back on atall. My phone was on 70% charge. It would not hard reset or come on atall. I then tried two chargers into it where then it came up with the apple logo for about ten seconds then go back to a black screen. 10 seconds later again it would go back to the apple logo and do the same thing. It won't work atall. Can anyone relate and help!!

I have the same problem and my phone is clearly getting worse every day now.

It slows down no matter what app I am running. Then it will eventually hang for a few minutes and crash. It seems the touch screen will be the first thing I notice with a 5-10 sec delay then in a matter of time it goes into a reset loop.

Nothing I do seems to make it restart.

Eventually I just connect it to my laptop or other power source and after 15 or 20 min it will come back on.

I didn't have any issues before I started using Photos but this is close to unusable now. I am NOT syncing Photos to iCloud (my library is over 150gb so thats not an option - thanks Apple). I have to wonder if there is something that Photos is trying to sync in the background that may be causing all this to hang on a regular basis?

Sir, please go to the Genius pronto... I have seen many problems lately with the iPhone 5 with this same issue, but different kind of situations. You have already taken pretty much the basic steps to fix it.
