Whenever i get a some missed calls, a black window appears with the message "Do you want to send SMS" and in the bottom are two buttons labled : "Cancel" and "Accept".
Sometimes my screen/iPhone get stuck on this and I have to restart my iPhone everytime.
How can I enable it??

I already do that, I want to enable it so it won't show everytime I miss a call. Is there a way to do that?

i have also same problem in my 5 c if i don't pick of my call then same message comes
and if i don't respond to that msg then my phone gets hanged n have to restart again

This Will not show any textmessage on lockscreen. But try going into notikations and disable messages
