iWork problems

MacBook Air 13'' (Mid 2013) 1,3 Ghz Intel Core I5 , after update with Yosemite 10.10.3 cannot download iWork , all the applications costs (Page , Numbers , iMovie , KeyNote ) . Why ? This applications were included in OS . With my iPad i don't have any problems , even after the update with IOS 8.3.Help please.Thanks

Try reindexing the HDD.

What version of OS X was on the Mac before you upgraded to 10.10.3?

Yosemite 10.10.3 had installed. Now I have formatted and reinstalled Mac OS. When I bought the Mac, Mavericks have installed , and then i did update to Yosemite 10.10.3.
