Yosemite 10.10.3 keeps randomly freezing in my late 2013 Mac Pro

Hi Everyone

We have 3 late 2013 Mac Pros running Yosemite 10.10.3 that all randomly freeze up and the only way to revive them is a manual reboot. It goes through cycles where nothing goes wrong for a few days, then it freezes 7 or 8 times in one day.

The Mac Pros are only a few months old and all the software was installed fresh with no migration from older machines.

We originally thought it was Archicad 18 causing the freezes, but the software developers also use Yosemite and have no such issues. Freezes can occur even when the machine is sat idle and no commands are being processed.

Our IT support team have checked the hardware in the machines and found no issues, I have ran all the diagnostics for hard drives, memory and processors stress loads and found now issues, so we are a bit lost as what to try next.

Any advice or suggestions greatly received.

Mac Pro, OS X Yosemite (10.10.3)
