Call History showing up on another iPhone

Yes! Use separate IDs and then set up Family Sharing, works terrific for my wife and I.

Not work at all and even start to be the iMessege for both phones same phone number that I can't delete it!

I figured this out on my own and it worked. Turned off iCloud Drive on both devices. No more call sharing. What is weird is we've shared an iCloud account for years and just started having this issue...

All you need to do is change My Info. First add to each phone your contact info with a different name and a different email address for each phone in contacts. Then go to Settings--> Contacts--> My Info Then chose the new contact

you added to contacts for that phones user.

I have 2 iPhones and started to have this problem with the call history . On the advice of a much earlier reply in this

thread, I changed the My Info for the business phone to my business email address and my personal phone with

my personal email address. I changed my name slightly by adding my middle initial for one of the phones.

I have had no more problems with each phone sharing call history.

That recommendation was made pages and pages ago, and it ultimately did not work for the people who had tried it.

I would recommend that you follow the instructions that garypaul has provided. He has been with this thread almost from the beginning, and his solution is undoubtedly the only one that is going to work permanently.

I've split my personal and professional info into two separate contacts. The only identical data between the two are my first and last name. I can see both phones use a different contact from the other (on top of Contacts list, The "Me" picture is not the same) but my recent calls are still shared between the two.

Any idea?

Do each of these persona have individual Apple ID's, or are they sharing the same one.

Then stop sharing.

The names have to be different. Maybe add you middle name or initial.

Point taken. I was just using that as an example (and because that is how I primarily use it), but the clarification is a good idea for those that do not know 🙂

Actually I found this solution in this thread way at the top from a woman. I tried it and it worked.

I checked the number under My Info. It was the correct number. But still getting call history from that phone. Any other suggestions?

Oh. That's too expensive as must pay multiple times for Apps, Songs, etc. Maybe that's why Apple has done this.
