No, it's not a bug in the latest iOS. It's a problem with your phone. If it were a bug in iOS there would be thousands of posts about it. Yours is the first I have seen.

Mine did the same thing today. I turned off zoom and it went away. It does return if I reactivate zoom. I've left it off for now.

Also, my screen is still not the same. It has adjusted the look of the wallpaper etc. Frustrating!!

Mine did same thing. Toggle the Zoom button on and off in Accessibility under General on and off and watch it change back and forth. Weird. Definitely a software bug.

Enable Zoom.

Triple-tap with three fingers, then Choose Filter None.

Oh yeah, the ever obvious triple triple tap worked.
