Hotspot from iphone
i can not hotspot my ipad from my iPhone but i have done it at this location before
If you are trying to use the phone as a Hotspot for the iPad to connect to the Internet, and if it isn't working, try restarting both devices. A little more information from you wouldn't hurt. Your question is worded a little awkwardly so I'm not sure that I'm understanding you correctly anyway.
