Watch dropping Bluetooth signal

after wearing the watch for 4 hours, and with my iPhone 5s in my shirt pocket, I had to consistently reconnect the watch to my iPhone during that time period. Should this keep happening so often? i fail to see how reconnecting a device 4-6 times during that time period makes it plausible for 'interference'.

This started happening to me after 3 weeks without issue. It seems like something happens with my iPhone 6's radio and it also drops wifi at the same time as the Bluetooth connection. only fix is to toggle Bluetooth on/off on the phone, then the apple watch reconnects and wifi starts working again. Does your wifi still work when you watch disconnects?

extremely annoying to have to reconnects multiple times per day and I've been missing notifications as a result. Could this be a hardware problem with the iPhone radio or related to software or the apple watch connection???
