According to my problem, that there is missing YouTube on my Apple TV 2nd Gen .. and this article https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/6098135?hl=en, where I found, that is no longer supported I have question: Is there some upgrade for solving this issue in the road map??

Yes, the Apple TV 3 supports the current You Tube software.
It's hw replacement not upgrade..

It's up to Google to decide what devices they support YouTube on, not Apple.

You're right, but then Winston never said it was an upgrade.
Depends on firmware if will be compatible with new YouTube Api, but even if not, it's up to Apple solve this problem with Google and not customers.
Yes, the only way you will be able to access youtube at the moment is if you mirror from an iOS or mac device, apple haven't said anything about putting it back on, I doubt it since apple are really trying to separate from Google at the moment.

Whatever, doesn't matter if he answer yes or no, I have bought device with this YouTube feature, now is not working, that by my point of view is crashed and belong to trash.. But not by my fault.. Who gives me money back?

As such, You Tube is no longer available and there isn't anything Apple can do about it at this time.
Youtube updated the API, and it requires newer hardware to run. This applies to many devices, not just Apple TV. You are paying for the device, not the content (which the TOS state can change at any time)
I don't care.. it doesn't change fact, that it's now useless for me.. Try to imagine that you buy a phone and after some time won't be able to call.. You have been paying for device not for content.. Do you think that this is OK??

how ? since they are trying to create their own search engine? have built apple maps, are trying to introduce public transport mapping, google is now a direct competitor for apple
