Where does it indicate that a movie has closed captions? I understand that if it does you press play and it brings up a menu where you can select to display the closed captions.

I may have found my answer. I read, and found, that the TV shows have "CC" under the title if it has closed captions. I would guess that movies would be labeled the same way. I have yet to find a movie that has closed captions yet.
I found a movie that I downloaded and on the Apple site it gave the "CC" below the title. But after downloading I do not see nor can I access any closed captions. Is there a download setting I am missing?
On the Apple TV, go to Settings -> General -> Accessibility and turn on "Closed Captions + SDH".
