5c not showing weather in notification bar

Hello All!

I have been having this issue since I got my phone (2/2014) and I have been avidly googling solutions.

I Have seen the tricks like resetting the phone, clicking the weather channel icon, basically anything anyone has suggested! Tried them all and none of them worked. My traffic works great, but my weather never shows up.

If anyone has any suggestions or fixes for this problem it'd be great! Thanks in advance.
