family sharing plan not working on Mac

I have a family sharing plan and it is working on my iPhone, but cannot see "manage family" on my Mac to make the sharing work. How do I correct this issue?
When I go to iCloud this option described on Aplle SUpport "In OS X Yosemite, they can go to Apple menu > System Preferences > iCloud > Manage Family, then click their name" doesn't exist. And, Share My Purchases is on.

Would love a solution here.
