Help me

I cannot log into the app store or to iTunes with my Apple ID. I can complete the log-in process from a computer, but not from iPhone. For example, if I go to the iTunes and App Store under General Settings on my iPhone, enter my ID and PWD and click sign-in, nothing happens. I just get the Sign-In highlighted again. Similar behavior if I try to go directly to the App Store

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

That sounds like a very frustrating situation, being unable to sign in to the iTunes Store or App Store from your iPhone, yet knowing it is working from your computer. Let's see if we can get you up and running again.
