iOS device photos not up uploading to my MacBook

All photos taken on my iPad or iPhone are not uploading to my MacBook via the cloud on the Photos platform.

Initially when first installed on my MacBook the proceeded worked seamlessly, but around 2 weeks ago this stopped and not more uploaded to the Macbook. The uploading figure at the bottom of the screen has not changed in that time. However it has not stopped the photos being shared on my iOS devices. All recent photos taken on one device are shown on the corresponding device.

I have exhausted all avenues that I am aware off, my cloud storage is sufficient and my MacBook is regularly updated.

What are your settings for iCloud Photo Library and My Photo Stream in the settings for iCloud < Photos & Camera on the iPad and the iPhone? Which version of iOS do you have on the iPad and iPhone?

Do you mean to Photos on www.cloud.com?

and my MacBook is regularly updated.

Are you using the Photos for Mac app on your MacBook with MacOS X 10.10.3 or iPhoto or Aperture? What are your System Preferences > iCloud > Photos? Is iCloud Photo Library enabled? My Photo Stream?

If you are using Photos, do you have more than one Photo Library, and are you currently browsing the System Photo Library? The synced photos will only appear in the System Photo Library.

All settings on all devices are set up for photo stream. All devices are up to date with current versions of their respective operating systems. I mean iCloud not cloud.com

I am using the Photos app however I do have the iPhoto app on the computer. I do not use this app and have checked it to see if the photos are uploading to that, however they are not. I have also just check my system library is correct, which it is and is linked to Photos and not iPhoto
