Can't create google account

Hi. I'm owner of Macbook Air. Yesterday Mail application stopped working with gmail. I don't know what happened - I didn't change any settings.

After this, I've updated my OS to ver. 10.9.5. And, this didn't help me. Every time I try to add google account I see this:

Please, help me to solve this problem. I don't know what to do.
