I just downloaded the trial version of Final Cut Pro. I made my first video for church and they said it isn't in an MP4 format and they can't work with it in Power Point. How do I make this happen please?

how ca I make a video in Final Cut Pro Trial Version work as an MP4 so it can be used in Power Point?
