Where do you empty iPhoto trash?
After you delete photos, where do you find the photo trash so you can empty it? Or, do you?
To finally delete the photos in Photos open the "recently Deleted" album. You open it from the File menu in Photos
:
File > Show Recently deleted.
Then select the photos you want to delete immediately or to restore, or click "Delete all".
