Where do I find the flashlight on my iphone 5c?

On the Control Center. Swipe up the screen from below the bottom edge. It is in the lower left corner.

It is in Control Center. Open Control Center by sliding up with one finger starting from below the bottom of the home screen. It is the icon that looks like a flashlight at bottom left.

unlock your phone and go to any home screen. Swipe up from the bottom to open the control panel. In the bottom left corner there is an icon that looks like a flashlight. Tap the icon to turn on and tap it again to turn off the flash light on the phone.
