IPhone reset
I have a Iphone 4 that was given to me by my Uncles estate. I don't know his iTunes password to reset the phone.
iPhone 4S, iOS 7.1.2
Unless you can get that information the phone cannot be activated by you unless Apple will help. They may be able to help if you can take the phone, proof of your uncle's original ownership, certified copy of the death certificate, and a certified copy of the will that proves your inheritance.
