Arabic txt issue....different phones act differently!

Just my observations....Anyone else wanna chime in?

Had a 5s running 8.3 get it and was able to send a picture and break out of the issue.

Had a 6 running 8.2 get hung in a continuous boot loop. Could get to nothing. Had person send test message who sent bug message but it would not get on the network long enough to even download it. So I ended up nuking that phone and updating to 8.3...that cleared out the message and then the NEW message came in also. All is well....but don't know what it will do to older iOs phones.....
