Macbook pro 13" retina trackpad problem

My Mac trackpad is not moving when i just log out of the computer and shut the screen

but when i re-open my mac i cant move or scroll the trackpad the black arrow stays in it's place

and i need to shut it down for like 3 times so my trackpad can move

plz i need a solution for this problem.

MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Mid 2014), OS X Yosemite (10.10.2)
