How to print with only Wifi without using MAC or Desktop.

IM using my ipad and iphone to connect to a same wifi. I was thinking if there is any way we could just print using wifi to a non-airprint printer which already connected by erthernet cable? I search on the web found out that most of the 'solution' are using an APP and Computer Software as a link to printer. in this case if we need to use our ipad or iphone to print document, we need our PC or MAC to be turn on and connect to the Printer.

PLease help me out with this. Could we just use the same ip address on Printer and print it without connect other PC or Mac?
