Can I retrieve an old voicemail from iCloud?

My husband passed away in February and the last voicemail message from him was on my iPhone. The phone carrier only saves messages for 30 days which I wasn't aware of but I had it on my visual voicemail. Since then I lost my phone and bought a new one but the voicemail messages didn't come back when I loaded the new phone from backup. Obviously also since then it has automatically backed up to iCloud. Is there any way of going back to an old backup from before March 28 to retrieve that one voicemail message. It is so precious to me to be able to hear his voice in that message and I am distraught at the idea of never getting it back. I am not techie so I need a step by step way of retrieving it without losing all the data on my phone since 28 March. Can anyone help me please?
