"Apple.imap.mail.yahoo.co" is not responding. Check your network connection and that you entered the correct information in the "incoming mail server" field. Works on office wifi, not the wifi at home. Any ideas?

I have the same problem on my gmail account. Works on my wifi at office as normal, but added Frontier net rent wifi at home and this is the error I receive. I have even deleted the account and had the iPad add it as a new email account, and it still doesn't work at home. Any solutions?
