Touch doesn't work and vertical lines

Yesterday, I dropped my iPhone 5 to the ground, and the touch does not work, and appear vertical lines all over the screen. I've tried to do a Hard Reset, but it still the same. What is what exactly is broken? How much money would cost to repair it at an Apple Store? Could I fix it?

iPhone 5, iOS 8.3

Unfortunately, it is impossible to say what exactly is broken and how much you will need to pay without examining the phone. You should visit your local Apple Store. Alternatively, you can send your phone to Apple per mail. Take a look at this.

Hope this helped you!
