When an iOS app buyer reports an in-app purchase billing problem, what is Apple's process for resolution?

Nornally with just the card issuers bank.
What if there is an actual dispute however? I have a product that delivers paid business information through an app, and once the information is delivered a simple credit to the bank card is not necessarily the appropriate resolution. We are releasing the product in a month or two and are unclear as to how this process (if there is one) works.
