Why is not possible to buy a song album in other country store different than my? How can I fix this?

My store is set to Argentina and I want to buy a song album that is in the US store, when I switch stores the album is not in my country's store and wouldn't allow me to buy it in he US store. How's this possible? I even try with a US credit card and wouldn't allow it. How can I buy there anyway?
